is alcohol included with your services?

As per NYS liquor laws, we’re not allowed to provide any of the alcohol. Any alcohol must be purchased by the event host.

We make the process as easy as possible for you by providing you with a shopping list after we’ve consulted on your menu.

We’ve partnered with various liquor stores to make the experience seamless and affordable.

Absolutely! At Elite Elixirs, we not only provide a wide selection of beverages but also offer professional bartending services to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our skilled bartenders are experienced, friendly, and ready to create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a large event, our team is equipped to handle all your bartending needs, so you can relax and enjoy the occasion.

When you book with Elite Elixirs you’re getting more than just a bar—you’re getting a full-service experience designed to make your event unforgettable. Here’s what’s included with our mobile bar service:

  • Full service professional bartender(s)
  • Customized beverage menu
  • Drinkware and utensils, bar napkins upon request
  • (All items can be custom/ if timing is applicable)
  • Mixers and garnishes
  • Ice
  • Setup/cleanup 

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Our pricing does not include gratuity, but is highly suggested and appreciated. 

are you insured?

Yes. We’re fully insured with general liability insurance and NYS  liquor liability insurance.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

  • To get started please complete our Contact Us form for a price quote based on all of your event information
  • A 50% deposit of your payment upon booking is required (the rest is due 1 month before the event) and we make it official by signing a contract. Payment & signing of the contract is how you officially reserve your date.
  • 1-3 months before your event: you pick your menu. We have dozens of amazing cocktails and frozen drinks on our beverage list for you to choose from! We then provide you with your alcohol purchasing list and even savings if you visit any of our partnered liquor stores!
  • Leading up to your event: you can reach out to us at any time with any questions, concerns, or new information regarding your event.
  • The day of your event: we will arrive 2 hours before the event start time. Show us where the alcohol is & leave the rest to us! You won’t have a care in the world when it comes to bar setup, cleanup, services, or supplies.
